Colleagues who are interested in understanding the latest trends and practices in education, research and KEE development are invited to register for this year’s CHEP Festival

The focus of the event has expanded across all three strands of the triple helix. This reflects CHEP’s role supporting academic development for education, research, and knowledge exchange and enterprise (KEE). The theme is ‘Celebrating Academic Practice across the Triple Helix’ and sub-themes include:

  • Digital transformation
  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Innovative academic practice

There will be a choice of online and in-person activities over two days. Tuesday 10 September will be online and Wednesday 11 September will be in-person. You can expect:

  • Engaging keynotes relating to the festival themes
  • Opportunities to network with other academics
  • Interactive workshops
  • Presentation sessions for sharing good practice
  • Strategic updates
  • Showcasing resources and support

The in-person event will be opened by Mark E Smith (Vice-Chancellor) :

“The CHEP Festival is now in its sixth year and it is a fantastic opportunity for colleagues to come together and showcase excellent academic practice from across the University. I’m delighted that this year’s festival has an expanded focus across the triple-helix, and I look forward to welcoming colleagues across research, knowledge exchange and education to this 2 day event.  I encourage you to take this opportunity to join the conversation!“
