Clarity, the university’s travel management company, is moving to a new, improved version, ClarityGO; this is now taking place in October 2024. 
What’s changing?
- ClarityGO is cloud-based, so you can easily access it from anywhere. It also uses single sign-on, so you won’t need a password
- The new system is much faster and easier to use, and there’s 24/7 customer support if you need it
- It’s much easier to find what you’re looking for, with an extensive database of over 1 million hotels and an improved search function
- There’s more flexibility when booking flights and add-ons, such as cancellation options, flexible options, cabin class, multi-hub bookings, and baggage allowance.
- ClarityGO will also display details on the Co2 being used for the travel, making it easier for you to make the most sustainable choice
Training and Support
You can find training guides, videos, and answers to frequently asked questions on the dedicated SharePoint page for ClarityGO. Online drop-in sessions are now planned for October, and they will be advertised in due course on the dedicated SharePoint page. These sessions will provide you with an opportunity to chat directly with the project team and learn more about ClarityGO.
