The annual Staff Party is a special occasion at the end of the academic year; an opportunity to catch up with colleagues you may not have seen recently, and a great place to spend some time relaxing with those who you work with day to day, and celebrating what we achieve together. Thank you to those of you who completed this year’s post-event survey; we would now like to offer colleagues the opportunity to feed into the planning of next year’s party.
In July 2024 we were thrilled to welcome nearly 1800 staff to the party – more colleagues than ever before! This growth brings with it challenges, and as we reflect on what went well – and what went less well – this year, we are also already looking ahead to what changes we can make in order to inform planning for the 2025 event.
We will be running a series of online focus group sessions during August and September 2024, to enable us to hear what’s important to you, our staff community – and what’s not. If you’d like to be involved, please fill out this Microsoft Form. We will select from those who express an interest to ensure we have balanced input from across the entire organisation.
