The appraisal conversation window will close on Sunday 15 September 2024. All appraisal conversations must have taken place and been recorded, using the online appraisal form, by this date.
During the appraisal discussion
- have an honest conversation with your appraiser, reflecting on achievements, considering any lessons learned, and agreeing an assessment of overall contribution.
- complete the online appraisal form ending July 2024.
- ensure that your manager has submitted your online appraisal form to the Second Line Reviewer.
- discuss your personal development, career aspirations, and agreed objectives for the upcoming year and record these in your online appraisal form ending July 2025.
Second Line Reviewer consistency checks
- Once appraisals have been submitted, Second Line Reviewers must complete consistency checks by the 15 October 2024.
- The Second Line Reviewer must input a confirmed contribution descriptor before authorising the appraisal. Please see the Second Line Reviewer guidance here.
