The University ran an internal process in the summer to identify applicants for multiple upcoming UKRI equipment rounds. This included the 2024 Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) Strategic Capital call, where we have a university quota of two places.
This process identified one applicant to proceed to submission. To ensure we make the most of the opportunity afforded to us via our quota, the University is running a second expression of interest (EoI) round for the NERC call only to identify a second application.
EoIs must be submitted using the following form, by 16:00 on Monday 30 September.
