- How to develop a job description, create attractive job adverts and choose shortlisting questions.
- How to demonstrate inclusive practices to engage a diverse audience.
- Interviewing guidance and techniques to secure your perfect candidate.
The new site will be easier to navigate, with an interactive infographic toolkit that maps out the end-to-end recruitment process.
The toolkit allows you to navigate through the process step-by-step, while also providing quick access to specific information.
There is an option to utilise the toolkit in accessibility mode, which allows users to engage with the content in ways that are tailored to suit individual needs, and we have also created a document of well-structured pages that cover the same information in Microsoft Word format.
