The Sustainability and Resilience Institute (SRI) is excited to invite colleagues across the University to a one-year anniversary celebration.

This in-person event marks a significant milestone for the Institute and is a chance to share in its achievements over the past year, learn about the groundbreaking research being undertaken, and look forward to the future of sustainability and resilience research at Southampton.

The event is on Wednesday 6 November, 2pm – 4pm, on Highfield Campus, in Building 100, with refreshments.

Please register to attend here by Monday 28 October.

The anniversary event will feature the launch of the second annual public University of Southampton Sustainable Development Goals Report, which showcases some of the incredible sustainability work done across the University in 2023 against the UN Sustainable Development Goals and demonstrates the commitment of UoS staff and students to a sustainable future.

There will also be a chance to hear more on the newly launched SRI Centre for Post Graduate Research and discover SRI funding opportunities going forward.

Please join the SRI as it celebrates a successful first year and looks forward to the continuing journey toward a more sustainable and resilient world.
