This accolade highlights the team’s consistent efforts to go above and beyond in supporting the campus community. This award celebrates teams who put the customer at the heart of everything they do and have demonstrated outstanding customer service, reliability and efficiency.
A huge number of teams across Estates and Facilities were assessed including, Catering, Security, Domestic Services, Landscaping, Post and Portering, Waste Management, Building Management, Estates and Facilities Help Desk, Parking and Conferencing and Events.
