A Remembrance Day commemoration, organised by the Faith and Reflection Centre together with colleagues from Student Experience and Engagement, will take place from 10:50 – 11:15 on Monday 11 November on Jubilee Plaza on Highfield Campus.
The service will be conducted by the Reverend Sarah Hall and includes a two-minute silence, the last post and the laying of wreaths to allow people to remember those who have lost their life in service and suffered as a result of war.
All staff, students and University visitors are welcome to attend, but staff are asked to check and support local arrangements in their departments, to ensure that appropriate cover is in place.
If you are unable to attend in person, you may wish to pause at 11:00 for two minutes silence and reflection.
Attendees are invited to the Faith and Reflection Centre (B6) afterwards for free tea, coffee and biscuits.
