The University’s annual staff engagement survey is now live. You will have received a personal link to your email this morning to complete the survey. Please do check your ‘focused’ and ‘other’ inbox folders. The survey will only take ten minutes to complete.
The University is taking bold steps in pursuit of our ambitious strategy, including our plans to open a campus in Delhi and the implementation of our biggest ever estates programme. It has never been more important for us to hear how you feel about the University and your role and this feedback will help us to build on our success and learn where we can improve.
This is your opportunity to give your views on key elements of working at the University. The 2023 staff engagement survey results resulted in change across the organisation including the stories shared by The School of Human Development and Health and Residences, Sport, and Community Services.
The results of the survey also help us to set priorities for the next 12 months and allow managers to understand what they need to address in their area.
If you are not desk-based, then please ask your manager for access to a computer to complete the survey or scan a QR code on a poster, flyer or screen graphic displayed across our campuses to access on your phone. You will need to input your staff number, which is on your ID badge and your date of birth (in the format DD/MM/YY).
All responses provided are strictly confidential and the information cannot be traced back to an individual. The survey has been approved through our internal ethics process (2024/532).
Please note, the deadline has been extended to 12:00 on Friday 22 November.
There are frequently asked questions on the employee listening SharePoint page. If you need any assistance to complete the survey or have any feedback, please speak to your line manager or email [email protected]
