The UniForum project team and NousCubane will be hosting two time coding support sessions for colleagues who are Respondents in the Uniforum data collection exercise. These sessions will allow colleagues to ask any questions they may have about using the system and entering the information.

Respondents are primarily line managers of Professional Services staff and you will have received emails from UniForum if you have been selected to participate.
Time coding involves using codes to indicate how staff time is allocated among your direct reports.
Other components of UniForum
- Following this exercise, we will shortly launch a ‘Service Effectiveness Survey’ to allow colleagues to share their perceptions of the effectiveness and importance of certain tasks and services. This survey will be shared with a number of academic and Professional Services staff for completion.
- Additional information on the use of certain ‘staff like activities’ by suppliers (for example the cost and staff time of consultants or agencies) has also been requested from a select number of senior budget holders. Sub project holders may also have had this information requested from them within directorates and faculties.
