17 December – Supporting Communities of Practice: CoP launch meeting
Supporting Communities of Practice’ is a new community for colleagues who are responsible for coordinating or interested in developing networks and communities of practice (CoP).
Education focused:
10 December – Advancing your educational portfolio
Gain practical examples to develop your educational portfolio in a way that complements the ‘day job’, supporting enhanced effectiveness as well as enhancing the CV.
PAT Training: The Successful Futures Pathway
These regular sessions provide PATS with an introduction to the Successful Futures Pathway and provides the information you need to have meaningful conversations with students.

18 December – An overview of academic conduct and the use of Turnitin
Aimed at those involved in teaching and assessing student assignments to understand the University’s academic conduct and responsibility regulations.
Researcher / KEE focused:
10 December – Festive Networking and KE Projects Celebration
An opportunity to catch up with KE projects and activities from across the community of practice over lunch.
11 December – Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise Ideas Lab
The Ideas Lab will give you the chance to reflect on potential ideas for KE projects and develop these in small groups, aided by facilitators with expertise across various fields of KEE.
12 December – Developing research staff: Identities & skills
For research leaders and the line managers/PIs/Co-Is to teach research staff how to create space within the research project, build their professional identity and develop their skills.
