We continue our journey to improve MyView with the all-new Leave Management module. It provides a clear dashboard with important information and delivers and new interactive calendar view with much improved navigation.
Replacing Time & Absence is an interactive “Team Leave Calendar” which clearly displays useful information where you can book and organise your holiday, sickness and other absences, and the absences of your team members, directly from the calendar.
The Leave Dashboard is a helpful summary page, you can view absence, upcoming dates, recent requests, and detailed summary of your entitlement. We have listened to your feedback and for full time workers you will see your entitlement in hours, and days, to help with planning. We will still load your holiday in hours, and you will need to book in hours.
A further feature displays your team’s absence, all in one place. You can see who is off before you book your holiday and then book directly from the calendar view.
As a manager, an added benefit, allows you see your team, your line manager and your peer’s absence, all in the same calendar view. Managers can create bespoke absence calendars with any levels of management below them.
Managers will also have the benefit of ‘Managers Reports’ which enable the download of the data behind an employee’s absence record in summary or in a detailed report.
