Solent Mind wellbeing courses for 2025 to support research staff

Our mental health and wellbeing are core to how we live, work and operate. To complement the Universities existing support, the Centre for Higher Education Practice (CHEP) are running a range of online workshops in partnership with Solent Mind that focuses on research staff wellbeing.

Solent Mind are a charity who provide high quality mental health services across Hampshire.  Research Culture funding allowed them to work alongside our researcher community to provide bespoke support addressing areas of relevance to them.
