Thank you to everyone who has taken part in our winter wellbeing campaign so far. We had so many generous gift donations for care leavers in December, lots of entries for our elf competition and we loved seeing staff using our Elf and Wellbeing suggestions to get moving in winter. Here are some photos of highlights from the campaign:
It doesn’t stop there; in January we have more activities running for you to get involved in:
LEARN: January challenge: Learn something new
We are collaborating with the Leadership and Management Development Team to bring you our January Challenge: Learn Something New! Whether you want to improve your time management skills, master Excel or explore a new hobby, we have the challenge for you. Those who join our January Challenge will receive an email each Monday in January with a weekly learning resource, tips to maximise your learning time, encouragement to keep you motivated, and a chance to celebrate your progress and achievements.
CONNECT: Time to Talk with colleagues
January can be a difficult and isolating time, so take an opportunity to connect with your colleagues. Arrange a time with your colleagues and have a cup of tea and a catch up. We’ll be delivering tea bags across our UK campuses. Take a photo of your catch up and submit it here to be in with a chance of winning a catering voucher.
You can get further details of both of the above on our winter wellbeing SharePoint page.
