The CSA is also pleased to announce several exciting activities and opportunities, and would welcome colleagues’ involvement:
Monthly Cyber Security Seminars
A list of upcoming talks can be found below. Please contact either Dr Basel Halak (Director of the Cyber Security Academy) or Dr BooJoong Kang (Lecturer in Cyber Security) to request details and to receive a reminder email before each session with instructions on how to join.
Funding Opportunities
The Academy has funding available to support the creation of online educational resources. These will be shared with all staff as and when they arise.
Industrial Partnerships
The Academy has been working with a cohort of industrial partners (e.g. DSTL, BAE Systems, Roke, Northrop Grumman). If you have a research idea relevant to these partners and would like assistance with making connections, feel free to reach out to the Academy’s Director, Dr Basel Halak.
The CSA is also looking to expand this network and welcome any leads or suggestions from the university community. These partnerships create excellent opportunities for collaboration and funding.
