To mark our International Women’s Week celebrations, Sport and Wellbeing will be offering free fitness classes. These classes are open to everyone – staff and students; of any gender.
Alongside aerobics and circuits, other options stretch (literally) to Stretch & Flex and pre-natal fitness classes.
This offer from Sport and Wellbeing runs from Saturday 7 – Sunday 15 March and covers the majority of public classes. Find out more on the International Women’s Week webpages.
