Introducing Student Services

Located in Building 37 on Highfield Campus (opposite the Jubilee Sports Centre). Your Student Services are committed to helping you find the support and information that is right for your throughout you student journey.  We cover a range of different services including Student living, Money matters, Support and wellbeing, Health and fitness, Visa and immigration and Career Opportunities.

Student living covers queries relating to your accommodation, both University and private rented properties, council tax queries and provides information about the local area.

Support and Wellbeing covers mental health and wellbeing, dyslexia support, residences support and the Wessex Needs Assessment Centre (WNAC). Student Services engage with the SUSU Advice Centre, situated above The Stags in Building 40, who offer impartial advice and support.

The Financial Information and Assistance Team are located within the Student Services Centre and are on hand to offer help and support should you fall into unexpected financial difficulty during your studies.

The Student Services Centre is also where you will collect any replacement ID cards which are ordered online.

The Student Services Centre can be contact via email: [email protected], phone: 02380 599599, or face to face in Building 37. Their opening times are 08:30-18:00 Monday-Friday, with extended hours at peak times of the year.
