Welcome Events
We have organised a wide variety of events for you to start your university life with – you can relax, meet people on campus or in your halls, and try some new sports and activities. Some events are on a drop-in basis, while others require sign-ups, so do check the full programme on the MySouthampton app or on the Student Events SharePoint site.

Your Students’ Union is also putting on plenty of events for you to get involved with this week and the next, including the Freshers’ Fair, Bunfight Clubs and Society Fair, and Freshers’ Ball. Check out the SUSU Freshers’ programme on their website.

MySouthampton app
The MySouthampton app can be useful after the Welcome period too – it is the quickest way to access your emails, digital ID card, emails, timetable, maps, and other things you might use during your time as a student, including bus times and printing credit top-up. Download it for iOS or Android, or access the web version via the MySouthampton website.
