Understanding your marks and further support

If you need help understanding your results or if things have not gone quite as planned, we recommend you speak with your Personal Academic Tutor (PAT) or Senior Tutor for advice and support. You can also contact The Student Hub or visit the Knowledge Base for articles that may help with your questions.

We’re here for you

If you are feeling worried or anxious about your next steps, the Student Wellbeing service is available 24/7 via The Student Hub. You can contact the team anytime via online chat, email or by calling 02380 599 599 and you can also visit them in person 24/7 at The Student Hub in B37 on Highfield campus. A member of the team will be able to work with you to find the right support for you.

You can also visit the Student Wellbeing pages for resources and information to help manage your wellbeing including our Self-Help guides, which have been written alongside NHS specialists and touch on topics such as stress and anxiety.  There’s also a handy Knowledge Base article that lists the type of support available to you at the University. Click here to find out more.
