University Mental Health Day 2025: What’s on

Thursday 13 March 2025 is University Mental Health Day, an annual opportunity to raise awareness about student mental health.

To help kickstart conversations about mental health, we are hosting a series of events across our campuses, including Goat Yoga, Therapy Dogs, Positive Postcards and more.
