  • Orion Point is a private halls partner of the University of Southampton (not University owned accommodation)
  • Accommodation contracts are with Unite Students. An advance rent of £350 is payable for Unite rooms
  • Located in Southampton city centre
  • Kitchens include breakfast bar, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board
  • Modern common areas include a TV lounge, table tennis and a fully equiped gym
  • Rent includes contents insurance
  • Residents must be 17 or over
  • During the 2024/25 academic year, work is scheduled for the external facade of the property. This will take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. There will be low noise disruption during working hours and scaffolding on site. Residents will receive notification of these works
