Stephanie is a prehistoric maritime/landscape archaeologist specialising in the application of digital approaches to archaeological and environmental questions. She is currently the post-doctoral researcher for the AHRC-funded 'Islands of Stone' project, focused on investigating Neolithic crannogs in Scotland.
Stephanie is also passionate about education and teaches on a range of undergraduate and post-graduate modules focused on scientific diving and archaeological field methods. Additional degrees/qualifications include an MSc in Maritime Archaeology and an MFA in Historic Preservation as well as HSE Scuba and BSAC Assistant Instructor scuba diving certifications.
