Lesley commenced a part time PhD in October 2020.  She is supervised by Professor Peter Griffiths, Professor Jane Ball and Dr Ellen Kitson Reynolds.  Lesley is investigating midwifery staffing in relation to postnatal wards.  She is exploring the relationship between staffing, patient experience and outcomes using routinely collected data.
