Current research
Iman’s current research lies at the intersection of Organisational Behaviour and Healthcare Information Systems. Recent work investigates the use of blockchain technologies in building Decentralized Autonomous Organizations. She has published related work in leading conferences including the International Conference of Information Systems (ICIS) and Academy of Management Conference (AOM).

Iman currently teaches courses in Information Systems Management and Strategy.
Biography
Prior to her academic career, Iman has worked in digital transformation projects for healthcare institutions. She completed her PhD in Information Systems and Analytics at the National University of Singapore (NUS), School of Computing. After completing her PhD, she started her academic experience in the London School of Economics (LSE) as a Fellow, where she contributed to teaching MSc program in Information Systems.
