Current research
Yizhen's current research lies in the domains of employee well-being, workplace political correctness, mindfulness, and emotions at work.
Yizhen's research includes improving the psychological well-being of employees at work, and how to improve the experiences of employees through various topics. She is also interested in phenomenon-related research topics, like workplace political correctness and humour.

Yizhen is currently teaching introduction to organisational behaviour and HR-related topics.
Biography
Yizhen is in the process of completing her PhD in Management at the National University of Singapore (pending completion of her vita). The rationale behind her research stems from closing the research-practitioner gap, with the ultimate goal of enhancing employees' psychological well-being.
