Current research
Armando's interests are in Geometric Group Theory, but specifically in automorphisms of free groups, actions on trees and spaces of trees, and in probabilistic problems in infinite discrete groups.

Biography
Armando Martino joined Southampton in 2008 having previously worked as a postdoctoral fellow - under the Ramon y Cajal scheme - in Barcelona.
