About
Mr Trevor Kettle is Lecturer in Mental Health and Practice coodinator for all Mental Health Nursing placements. His professional background is as a mental health nurse within adult recovery services, with academic activity linked to all aspects of mental health practice, including pre and post registration nurse programmes; Technology enhanced learning, particularly development of audio podcasts to enhance student understanding; Self-management of long term mental health conditions.
I am an academic who is passionate about increasing the innovative use of technology within higher healthcare education. This has been made increasingly important since the covid pandemic caused teaching to become online centred. A blended approach to higher education that does involve the innovative use of technology to enhance and supplement student learning is clearly here to stay.
