Teaching
Wendy currently teaches and leads on a variety of modules including English for Study Year Abroad and English for Academic Purposes modules which support international students throughout the university. She is also an English for Engineering tutor on the Harbin project currently teaching students online in China; this is a joint education initiative, as a Joint Education Institute has been established with the University of Southampton and Harbin Engineering University in China. In addition to this, she coordinates and provides English for Specific Academic Purposes support for international Law students at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She is also involved in the pre-sessional programme.

Biography
Wendy has 30 years of experience of managing, designing and teaching language courses to a wide range of nationalities whilst based in the UK and Europe. Since joining the university in 2005, Wendy has contributed to a number of pre-sessional and in-sessional programmes, in addition to teaching and leading English Language Stage modules and a variety of English for Academic Purposes modules that support international students across the university.
