Module overview
This module introduces the student to practical as well as reflective aspects of performance teaching. One-to-one instrumental teaching and workshops are tailored specifically to enhance the students' understanding of techniques, repertory and styles of their chosen musical instrument with a view of transferring this knowledge to others in a professional context.

Using video recordings of lessons, assessments involve analysis and reflection on instrumental/vocal teaching, the techniques deployed, impact on learning and how these relate to your own teaching practice.
Your work will be submitted in the form of written assignments and presentations.
