About
Hello. I'm Dr Becky Ward, a researcher and collaborator.
My current research exposes the inequalities facing marginalised people whilst collaborating with them for transformative action.
Human dignity and the value of each individual life motivates me to hear and understand the experiences of those who are marginalised and unheard because of systemic and structural inequalities. By collaboration, my research skills and opportunities can be used to champion these unheard voices, upskill the wider community in research and dissemination, learn from their expertise by experience, and provide a platform for transformative action through co-creating evidence for change.
I aim to use co-production methods whenever possible and am always open to building new partnerships with shared values. Please get in touch if you would like to explore ideas around youth voice, marginalised communities (including young people, homelessness, and/or neurodiversity), and collaborative methods of research.
