Drawing on her background in sustainable, and deconstruction design and extensive knowledge of the retail industry, from styling, merchandising, designing, retailing, Reem brings valuable inspiration to the Fashion and Textile department.
Her consultancies with renowned brands such as Stella McCartney, John Richmond, Robert Carrie Williams, and Ralph Lauren further validate her expertise, plus selling inspirations to many from the Arcadia groups to haute couture.
In 2009, at London Fashion week Reem made a significant impact on the fashion world by challenging conventional norms and introducing a revolutionary approach to showcasing and selling fashion collections. She ingeniously combined two seasons into one runway show, disrupting traditional practices.
Driven by a commitment to raising ‘smart way design’ and ‘less-waste’ awareness, Reem firmly believes that adopting the one runway/two season approach can substantially reduce our carbon footprint and have a tangible impact on energy efficiency. She envisions a collective effort towards greater creativity, productivity, and respect for the Earth's resources and our own time, energy, and creativity.
