I am a chemist with extensive experience in molecular biology and bioinformatics. Over the past five years, I have led cross-disciplinary initiatives to investigate tuberculosis, atopic dermatitis, COVID-19, primary biliary cholangitis, and various cancers, culminating in over 50 published papers. My goal is to push the boundaries of computational biology and improve patient outcomes through innovation and collaboration. My lab is currently focused on pioneering technology development for single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, empowering researchers to uncover deeper insights into host-pathogen interactions. By uniting experimental and computational approaches, I seek to advance our understanding of complex disease mechanisms and drive meaningful transformations in global health.
