Bringing over 5 years of research experience to the table, and has cultivated a robust skill set in various aspects of computational biology and bioinformatics. Her expertise includes handling, managing, processing, and analyzing large volumes of Next Generation Sequencing data, with a particular focus on transcriptomic studies at both bulk and single-cell levels. Additionally, proficiency extends to mutational analysis at the whole exome and genome levels, Neoantigen prediction, genotype prediction, TcR sequence data processing and analysis, HPV viral sequencing, and a comprehensive understanding of Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS).
