Dr Hang Do is a Principal Teaching Fellow in Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She is the Programme Director of MSc in International Entrepreneurship and Management within Southampton Business School at the University of Southampton. She is also the UG Senior Tutor for the programmes BSc in Entrepreneurship, and BSc in Business Management. Additionally, she acts as the Study Abroad Coordinator for the Business School. Dr Hang Do has won the highly commended SUSU award in the category "Most Engaging Lecturer".
She currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development. Her research has been published and presented at leading academic journals and international conferences on SME internationalisation, innovation management, and entrepreneurship. She also serves as the mentor for the Doctoral Consortium programme of the European Academy of Management and the mentor for the Vietnamese Intellectual Society in the UK and Ireland backed by the Embassy of Vietnam in London.
