Yunice Karina Tumewang is a Postgraduate Researcher based in Business School at the University of Southampton. Yunice’s research focuses on sustainable reporting, in particular Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures. Besides, she is also interested in doing research on the issues of Islamic Finance/Accounting.
Yunice’s current research focuses on sustainability reporting and its link to the corporate governance practices as well as its non-financial reporting quality. She is currently working on the research under the supervision of Prof. Collins Ntim and Dr. Faizul Haque, started from Sept 30, 2022.

Before joining the University of Southampton as a postgraduate researcher, she graduated with her Master's degree in Islamic Finance at Durham University in 2017. After that, she started working as a Junior Lecturer in Department of Accounting at Islamic University of Indonesia.
