I am a Postgraduate Researcher at the University of Southampton, United Kingdom. I hold masters in Project Management from the same University.
I hold BSc. Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology from Ghana
I am currently researching on "Antecedents and Consequences of Organizational silence on Project organizations".
Before joining University of Southampton for my PhD studies in HRM and OB, I have had my master's degree in the above University and a degree in Quantity Surveying at K.N.U.S.T. I was a peer advisor for the Business school of UoS, left to Ghana and was an Assistant Project Manager as well as interim Quantity Surveyor in one of the biggest construction companies, I was a part-time tutor to private undergraduate and master's students. I am an advisor (life coach/mentoring) and a private mental health advocate(no degree, just passion).
I am passionate in what I do especially teaching others to gain knowledge. I am a philanthropist and passionate also about orphans and women in construction (I am not a feminist), I am a non-bias person.
