Thesis title: Under the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies, is the WTO dispute settlement mechanism ready for disputes with sustainable concerns?

Bei’s research focuses on assessing WTO’s potential to contribute to ocean sustainability through dispute settlement. In other words, her research questions, in the context of the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies, how the WTO dispute settlement mechanism should interact with different regimes when settling fisheries subsidy disputes with environmental concerns.
