Professor Jeni Giambona is a Professorial Fellow and the Director of Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise based in Southampton Business School at the University of Southampton. As such, she leads SBS’s development of collaborations with both external organisations from all sectors and the wider public to further the development and impact of the School’s teaching and research.
Jeni’s activities focus on the development and implementation of external engagement strategies for collaborative partnerships, impact and dissemination, on building relationships with external stakeholders and co-creation activities. Jeni’s current responsibilities include the provision of strategic and operational leadership of the Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise area within Southampton Business School, working collaboratively with all functions within SBS, the wider Faculty, the University and, ultimately, external stakeholders, be them industry, government or other academic institutions. Her role also includes developing, facilitating, reviewing and monitoring the delivery of the School’s executive education programmes, as well as the development of a lifelong learning strategy and its implementation.
