Dr. Katerina Glyniadaki is a Lecturer in Public Policy and Administration based in the department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Southampton.
Her research interests centre around the implementation of public policies, particularly of policies relating to issues of migration and gender. She is concerned with questions relating to the identities of today’s diverse policy implementers and their discretionary decisions which shape policy outcomes. She uses qualitative research methods and interdisciplinary, comparative approaches. Her work contributes to the field of public administration and the subfields of street-level bureaucracy and representative bureaucracy.
