Emily is a second year PhD student (2023-2027) focusing on the compatibility of climate change and biodiversity targets under future land use change. Her research focuses primarily on the implementation of national targets at the local government level in England. Previously Emily was a Senior Policy Advisor for Biodiversity Net Gain at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (2021-2023), and an Environmental Consultant at Mott MacDonald (2017-2021).
