Mohsen Eshraghi is a Teaching Fellow with a diverse teaching background in Quantitative Economics, Econometrics, data science, and Macroeconomics. He is recognized as an Associate Fellow of the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and is accredited as a lecturer (teaching) at the Department of Economics at the University of Essex. He is also a research officer at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER) and holds the role of assistant editor at the International Journal of Microsimulation.
His primary research interests lie in financial economics, firms and financial institutions, and financial networks. His research has so far focused on analysing systemic risk in the global financial system and investigating the micro-origins of aggregate fluctuations in a network economy.
