About the Instrumented vehicle facility
Our on-road instrumented vehicle can be used on its own for naturalistic studies of driving and driver behaviour. It can also be used in combination with other equipment for behavioural and cognitive driving research.
This includes:
- head-mounted eye tracking equipment
- galvanic skin response measurements
- heart rate monitors
- other physiological measurement devices
This research can be focussed on:
- the driver
- the physical environment they navigate
- other road users they interact with
