Research project

Investigating local determinants of outcome in human tuberculosis

Project overview

This project investigates why some TB lesions progress while some regress by utilising single cell sequencing analysis of our 3D cell culture model of infection, along with engineered real-time readouts. Parallel analysis of clinical samples aims to identify new therapeutic targets.
