• critically analyse and evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of different techniques and approaches of operations management.

The module consists of two lectures per week for 12 weeks and a total of 10 classes including computer workshops. Classes are in the form of small-group tutorials and will include group exercises, presentations, discussion of case studies, problem sheets.
