Having successfully completed this module you will be able to:

- Knowledge of reaction mechanisms and useful synthetic reactions.
- Ability to work out reaction mechanisms and synthetic routes.
Syllabus
Presentation and discussion of synthetic and mechanistic problems set in advance and tackled by individuals or small groups (1-3 – one member to present the solution).
Student led presentation of novel chemistry from the literature.
