Biography
Jackie Bridges is an Emeritus Professor having presided over a programme of work focused on the organisation and delivery of health care to older people with complex needs. Until her retirement in 2024, she led a major programme of research focused on professional work and organisational change related to older people's care, and helped steer the development and delivery of associated educational provision within the School of Health Sciences. Professor Bridges was appointed to the role of NIHR Senior Investigator in 2023.
