About
Taposh is the Department Head of Teaching (HoT) and Lecturer in HR Management and Organisational Behaviour at the Southampton Business School. He is also a member of the University’s Athena Swan SAT team.

Current research
Taposh is interested in research investigating aspects of corporate social responsibility (CSR), particularly within the context of developing countries. His PhD thesis was titled ‘CSR communication by MNO’s in the context of Bangladesh and its impact on employees.

Teaching
Since joining Southampton in 2016, Taposh has been involved in leading and teaching different UG and PG modules including Responsible Leadership (PG), Business Ethics (PG) and Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Business (UG). Currently, he is leading International CSR and Ethics module for post-grad programmes.
Biography
Prior to joining Southampton Business School, Taposh worked as a Teaching Associate for Sheffield Management School and Hull Business School. He received his PhD in Management from the University of Hull in 2015. He also holds an MSc in Marketing and Communications Management and BA (BBA) in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
