Dr Andrew Phillips is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Environmental GIS based in the School of Geography and Environmental Science at the University of Southampton.
Andrew joined Geography and Environmental Science in 2016 having previously worked at the University of Sheffield. He has wide ranging experience in a number of disciplines all linked through their use of Geographical Information Systems (GIS). He also teaches GIS in modules for the School or Ocean and Earth Science and provides general GIS guidance to students across the wider faculty. Andrew aims to pass on his knowledge and continued practice to students through his teaching and provide support to enable them to maximise their experience and learning at University.
