Dr Isabel Neuberger is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Entrepreneurship at Southampton Business School, University of Southampton. She is also an Associate Research Fellow at the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation.
Through my research I aim to contribute to an improved understanding of the strategies and processes that allow social ventures and other forms of organising in support of social progress to drive social and environmental change in challenging and adverse institutional environments. I am also interested in insider-outsider dynamics concerning social change initiatives. What ties my research projects together is a deep interest in social change happening at the margins of institutional fields.
